What is a ‘BSP Trap’ (Blood Sucking Pest)?
"The BSP trap is a new type of mosquito and blood-sucking pest trapping device that uses sunlight and requires no electricity and is designed for outdoor use only. It is the world's first trap that can capture not only mosquitoes but also blood-sucking pests such as grubs and horseflies with just one unit. (*Other blood-sucking pests can also be captured, depending on the installation location.) The trap stores the heat energy of sunlight during the day and releases it in the evening according to the activity time of mosquitoes and blood-sucking pests. The heat emitted from the device attracts mosquitoes and other insects that mistake it for the body heat of a person or animal, and the moment they stop to suck blood, they are captured by the adhesive tape. This product uses BSP powder (ammonium bicarbonate) as an attractant.
